Geoffrey Odlum
EDUCATION
Geoff has a BS in International Relations from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and and an MS in National Security Policy Studies from the National War College, National Defense University.
EXPERIENCE
Geoff currently serves as the President of Odlum Global Strategies, a firm that provides creative scenario planning, strategic forecasting, and geopolitical analysis to clients from government, industry, and the non-profit and NGO sectors. Geoff is a recently retired Career Foreign Service Officer, having served more than 28 years as a diplomat and political officer with the US Department of State. His assignments included tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey and London, as well as an assignment on the US National Security Council. He also currently serves as a Special Warfare Instructor for Motive International and as an Expert on the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence.
